Hi Amin,

I hope you still remember me. I was the one that was in a dilemma between JC or poly. Just to update you, I chose to be in JJC as a Science stream student since there is a higher chance for me to get into a local university.

I am enjoying my life there and I am coping well with the increasing stress level as a JC student. I just want to say thank you for your advice. I really appreciate it. It gave me a balanced view of both JC and poly life allowing me to weigh both the pros and cons.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you to AKLTG for making a difference in my life. Without it, I would not have the motivation to work hard on both my A Maths and POA which were both F9s during my mid year in sec 4. I chose to work hard and smart on both subjects despite being constantly asked to drop these subjects by my teachers. In my O levels, I scored a B4 for my A Maths and an A2 for my POA. I believe that with this motivation and determination implanted in me, there will be more success and opportunities waiting for me in the future.

Hello! I’m Michelle Teh.

I was one of the IAG Junior Camp graduates last December 2012 and the 3rd winner of Speed Reading competition last May 2013. I have been waiting for the perfect time to send you this letter since AGES ago after reading your book (I am Gifted , So Are You!) and joining the camp!I finally found something that to me, is really amazing. :)

Before the camp, I already achieve some awards but it took me a lot of hard work which included me sleeping very late until past 12 o’clock.

After your camp, I accomplished more things! I became the president of my class ! Another accomplishment is getting one of the top 5 scores for my grade 6 for the National Exam here in Indonesia which is pretty high for an international school. Since we were not trained to learn the Indonesian terms as deeply as National schools. It was the time when I had to use my Whole Brain Notes skill , which helped me A LOT during studying the Indonesian Science Terms. \(^_^)/

For my 2 last term examinations, I overall topped my class with 5/7 exams above 90%. This term (June 3-7) I got amazing scores for my core subjects with 99%,93%,96% and many more 90’s and above. ~(^o^)~ ✐

The greatest achievement was getting my school’s Eagle Award. The Eagle Award is the highest recognition for a student with the best combination of academic excellence, character building and leadership. (/ * w *)/ I am also the only student who got the Silver Award, which is the 2nd award for academics (an overall score of 94-96%)

After finishing SCP, I REALLY love reading books! I can digest and study faster than ever before.✎☺

I would like to thank you for teaching me about confidence, setting goals, a good personality, studying formula and presenting skills during your camp. These skills were very important to me because without joining your camp, I maybe wouldn’t be as confident as I am today and wouldn’t have made so many friends. (>0<) I will be delivering my award speech tomorrow in front of my school’s principal, the parents and all the students :)!

I used to be an average student with low grades. But after I attended your ‘I Am Gifted!™’ programme I got 8‘A’s in my ‘O’ Levels. I also became badminton captain, class vice-chairman, scored distinction in my piano exams, and was even elected as Prom King!

Then, I took the MAXIMUM amount of academic units at ACJC, plus Physics Special Paper at NTU, was vice-president of my CCA, scored another distinction for piano, and participated in national competitions. As for my ‘A’ Levels, I scored a whopping SEVEN As!

I am now taking a DOUBLE DEGREE at NTU, with a FULL SCHOLARSHIP worth $80-100K. I also have my own businesses, having led a team of 30 as a Sales Director at the age of 20, and worked in DBS and HSBC.

Before the ‘I Am Gifted!™’ camp I was unmotivated and never set specific goals in my life. I found studying boring and got ‘D’s every time for my math papers. After attending the Senior camp, I changed my mindset fully and found it easier to achieve better grades in my exams. I started to score ‘A’s consistently for my math. I also found myself arguing lesser with my parents.

The ‘I Am Gifted!™’ Programme helped me understand that there is no such thing as failure in life but only learning experiences and this concept stuck in my head and I followed it even after all these years.

Thanks to the trainers Melvin and Danny, they showed me the 10-step effective study formula and as a result I scored 10 ‘A*’s for my final exams. More importantly, I understood the importance of the ‘Who I Am Makes a Difference!’, inspiring me to take small steps to achieve success in my life!

Approximately 1 year ago, I attended this ‘I Am Gifted!™’ Senior Camp, and to be honest, I wasn’t forced to attend this camp unlike some of my friends.

Before I attended this camp, I had problems with being confident in myself and lacked courage. I was living in fear because I was afraid that people will laugh at me and this also made me procrastinate even more.

Thanks to the efforts of the trainers and the coaches during the camp, I overcame my fear and now I have the courage to stand and talk in front of a crowd. Thank you!

I was a very shy person with low self-confidence when I attended the ‘I Am Gifted!™’ Junior programme when I was 10 years old. I remembered in Primary 2 when I had to go up on stage for a story-telling competition but froze the moment I saw the huge crowd.

I remember my coaches, Carmen and Siew Kuan, who helped me realize I had to take the initiative to meet and keep meeting new people to break away my fears.

Now, I’ve been coming back as a coach every time Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group has a camp and inspire other kids just like me. I hope I will be given the opportunity to coach the overseas camps when I get older.

Giving me the opportunity to attend the ‘I Am Gifted!™’ programme is one of the best choices that my parents have made for me.

Before I attended the camp, I was a lazy, impatient, unsociable and irresponsible person who always argued with my parents.

However after I attended the camp, not only did it help my academics but it empowered me to be more confident, positive and focus on all the goals I set in life. I have begun to appreciate how much my parents love me now and understand that without them, I wouldn’t be where I am now. If you ask me, I will say this camp is a MUST GO for children of all ages.
